📑 Terms of Use - Cleverose

Last updated: 29/07/2026

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") apply to any use of the Cleverose service.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms define the conditions for accessing and using the Cleverose service. By using Cleverose, the user accepts these Terms without reservation.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Purpose of the service

Cleverose is an application that allows users to create structured courses on any topic and learn more effectively with the AI assistant ROSE. Users simply indicate the topic they want to learn and their current level; uploading documents or personal notes is optional, as Cleverose can build the curriculum from scratch. Each course is broken down into active learning sessions ("Learning Beats") combining educational explanations, exercises, and memorization tools (flashcards, quizzes), based on proven methods (Feynman technique, spaced repetition) to facilitate understanding and knowledge retention.

The service is accessible online at: https://cleverose.com/.
